By this Application, the Appellant is seeking extension of time to deposit the enhanced compensation amount before this Court.

This Court, vide order dated 3/12/2024 has directed the Appellant/Acquiring Body to deposit the amount of enhanced compensation before this Court.

The learned Counsel for Appellant made statement on affirmation that he received the cheque from the Appellant/ Acquiring Body and he is ready to deposit the same within three working days with the Registry of this Court.

Hence, by accepting this statement, prayer made in the Application is allowed.

After depositing the said amount, Respondent No.1 is at liberty to withdraw the same, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
