As stated in the application, the R.No. 1 was unserved. It is further stated that as per the knowledge of the appellants, R.No. 1 resided on the said address given in the cause title. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Hindi Milap' Hydrabad Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
