By this application, the applicant-appellant seeks permission to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.44,15,870/-. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents raised the objection saying that the calculation done by the appellant are incorrect.

The respondent states that he will place on record the correct amount which appellant is required to be deposited as per the judgment of this court.
