As stated in the application, the R.No. 2 could not be served due to insufficient address. It is further stated that the appellants are not aware about any other address of R.No. 2 and have exhausted all their means and methods to ascertain the proper address of R.No. 2. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Sakal'
Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
