The applicants-claimants have pointed out that due to incorrect names and particularly their surnames, the authorities are not depositing their respective share in their bank accounts. Accordingly, the prayer is made that their corrected names be taken on record and accordingly their respective shares be deposited in their accounts.

Considering the averments made in the application and the affidavit of the respective applicants placed on record, the application is allowed, as prayed.

In view of above, the applicants are permitted to correct the names in the decided First Appeal No.1075/2019 and all concerned record and accordingly the respective shares of the applicants be deposited in their bank accounts. 4.
