DATE : 05.02.2026 This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation which is deposited by the appellant against acquisition of the land.

The applicants are the original claimants, whose lands have been acquired and are entitled for compensation.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, at this stage, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
