By this Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant with the Registry of this Court.

It is pointed out that the Respondent No.1 is expired on 16/9/2024 leaving behind the legal heirs. Therefore, the Applicant/Respondent No.1(ii)/Power of Attorney Holder of other legal heirs of Respondent No.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

In view of the averments made in the Application, which are not controverted, Civil Application is allowed as prayed. 4.

The Respondent No.1(ii) - Deepak Damodhar Bhutada being Power of Attorney Holder is permitted to withdraw
