The present Application is filed by the Applicant/Plaintiff to add M/s. Peak Realty, Nagpur and M/s. Earthwedge Developers, Nagpur as party Respondent Nos. 26 and 27 in the Appeal, as it is alleged that they are the subsequent purchasers of the suit property. (2) In our considered opinion, there will not any impediment in allowing the said amendment. The objections, if any, would be considered on the next date.
(3) As such, the Application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.
(4) After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to all the Respondents, returnable on 03/12/2025.
