It is pointed out that in the present case the only issue involved is about the enhancement of claim. According to the Appellants, their case is covered by various Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Appellants further undertakes to prepare a chart stating their entitlement as per the Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Respondent No.3 has no objection for granting early hearing in the matter.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed as prayed.
