This is an application filed by the original claimants i.e. respondent Nos.1 and 2 for the withdrawal of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court.

According to the learned Advocate for respondent No.3, there is no dispute that the Appeal has been withdrawn by the Insurance Company. Hence, the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Insurance Company Kavita
