Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the cost of Rs.3,000/- is already deposited and states that necessary pursis would be filed during the course of the day.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4182 OF 2025 5.

By this application, the respondent No.1/original claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. It is pointed out that the land belonging to the respondent No.1 came to be acquired and they are entitled for compensation. 6.

For the reasons stated in the application and submissions advanced, the applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with

2 7-CAF-4182-2025.odt accrued interest by allowing them to withdraw 50% of the amount subject to furnishing usual undertaking and 25% amount subject to furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

In view of above, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
