No. 4183/2025 in First Appeal No.1141/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 06.01.2026 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.1 & 2 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the applicants are not able to trace out any fresh address of Respondent Nos.1 & 2 as they only have addresses which are mentioned in the cause title. Thus, the applicants want to serve Respondent Nos.1 & 2 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent Nos.1 & 2 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Kesari'(Marathi), Pune edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
