By this application, the applicants are seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of appellant no.6.

The appellants, in support of their submission, has placed on record the copy of death certificate of appellant no.6-Dwarkabai Kisan Jadhav as well as copies of their Adhar Cards. As such, prima facie, it is clear that the present applicants are the legal heirs of original appellant no.6-Dwarkabai.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 617 days in filing an application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs on record is hereby condoned. 4.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of appellant no.6, as stated in the body of application. 5.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Both the application stand disposed of.
