CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4228 OF 2025 .

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 75 days delay in filing the application seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of Respondent No.1.

Considering the averments made in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Application, Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 75 days caused in filing application seeking

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4227 OF 2025 .

This Application is filed for setting aside abatement of First Appeal No. 1174/2010 against the Respondent No.1. 2.

It is stated that Respondent No.1 is expired on 20/7/2017, but this fact was not brought to the notice of the Applicant by any of the Respondents.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4229 OF 2025 .

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of Respondent No.1.

It is stated that proposed legal representatives of the Respondent No.1 is having a right to sue in the present proceeding, and therefore, considering the averments and the facts of the present case, the Appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.1.
