In disposed of Appeal, present Application is made to substitute the names of the Applicant Nos.1 to 8 in place of name of deceased Appellant being legal representatives of the deceased Appellant. To substantiate the fact that they are legal representative of the Appellant, copy of death certificate, independent Affidavit of the Applicants and Talathi report so also the copies of their Adhar Card are placed on record. 2.

In view of the statement made on affidavit along with the documents, Civil Application is allowed as prayed. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out in cause title of the Appeal.
