DATE : 10.02.2026 By this application, the applicant/original claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company. The applicant submits that the amount of compensation is deposited by Insurance Company in accordance with the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur and the claimant is entitled to receive the amount.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, at this stage, the applicant-respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation along with accrued interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking. 3.
Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
