By this application, respondent Nos.1 to 5 seek withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The applicants / respondent Nos.1 to 5 are the original claimants are seeking withdrawal of amount in the proportion as mentioned in Para No.1 of the application.

Considering the contents of the application and submissions advanced, applicants / respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest in the proportion mentioned in Para No.1 i.e. operative part of Clause No.5 of the impugned judgment, subject to furnishing usual undertaking.
