By this application, original claimant / respondent No.1 seeks withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - MSRTC. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 / applicant has submitted that respondent No.1 / original claimant is 90% disable and is in vegetative state and therefore, amount be permitted to be withdrawn by his father Santosh Mankar.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that withdrawal, if any, be permitted to the extent of 50% amount only.

Having regard to the contents of the application, applicant / respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest and the amount be disbursed in the name
