CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4405 OF 2025 .

By this Application, the Appellants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of Appellant No.2(g), who is reported to be dead on 16/9/2025.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in cause-title of the Appeal within a period of one week from today and copy of the amended Appeal be supplied to the other side. FIRST APPEAL NO. 1348 OF 2008 .

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 states that due to ongoing elections there was some delay in depositing the
