By this application, the applicants/original claimants are seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation which was deposited in the appeal. The appeal is already disposed of by Judgment 12/01/2024. 2.

It is pointed out that the applicants are entitled for the amount of enhanced compensation. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation in equal proportion and out of the amount, 1/3rd amount be given to Applicant No.1, 1/3rd amount be given to Applicant Nos.2-1 and Applicant No.2-2 and 1/3rd amount be given to Applicant No.3-1 and Applicant No.3-2.
