No.3 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that before MACT, Amravati the aforesaid respondent was served through paper publication. Thus, the appellant wants to serve Respndent No.3 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.No.3 by publishing a notice in widely circulated daily local newspaper namely "Matrubhumi" in Marathi in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
