It is admitted fact that this Appeal is already decided as per the Judgment dated 5/9/2023. In view of the said Judgment, application is moved by the Claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondents. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

The present Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondents along with interest accrued thereon, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
