By this application, respondent nos.1 to 3 /original claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant as per award. It is pointed out the appellant has deposited the amount of compensation and claimants are entitled for the said amount. 3.

It is pointed out that respondent nos.1 to 3 are the original claimants and dependents of the deceased who has died in a vehicular accident. It is pointed out that the claimants have not received the amount of compensation. Hence, the original claimants/respondents nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest, subject to usual undertaking. 4.

Application is allowed and disposed of.

First Appeal No.58/2025 CAF No.2624/2024 in First Appeal St. No.18364/2024 and CAF No.2618/2024 in First Appeal St. No.18263/2024 be listed alongwith this petition.
