By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

It is pointed out that the appeal itself is finally decided by the judgment dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court and the applicant/appellant is entitled to withdraw the entire amount of compensation which was deposited in the instant appeal.

Nobody appears for the respondent to oppose the application.

Having regard to the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court, however, subject to the appellant depositing the deficit court fees. 5.

In view of the above the civil application is disposed of.
