CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 4610 OF 2025 .

It is pointed out that out of the amount of Rs.1,08,03,527/- the Respondent No.1 has already withdrawn the amount of Rs.85,00,000/-. Hence, the Appellant has opposed the present Application for withdrawal of balance amount. 2.

In my view, the Appellant is right in raising objection for withdrawal of amount, as substantial amount has already been withdrawn by the Appellant.

In view of above, Civil Application is rejected.
