By this application, applicants are seeking the condonation of delay of 1687 days caused in filing the application for bringing legal heirs of appellant on record, application for setting aside the abatement against the present appellant and for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant.

The applicants, in support of their submission, have placed on record the copy of death certificate of appellant as well as the copy of legal heirs certificate obtained from the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Warud.

In view of the documents placed on record and the submission made in the application, all the applications are allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out by the applicants within a period of one week. 4.

List the matter for further consideration after three weeks.
