No.4648/2025 IN FIRST APPEAL No. 1350/2019 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 23/12/2025 This application is filed by the applicants/ legal heirs of deceased Appellant-Maroti S/o Narayanrao Nagpure for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant. As per the application, Appellant died on 04.09.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicants/ legal heirs of the deceased Appellant pray for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant.

It is seen that the Appellant has expired on 04.09.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 12.11.2025 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring their names as legal heirs of the deceased Appellant on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
