By this application, the applicants/original claimants seek withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

It is pointed out that the land belonging to the original claimants have been acquired and they are entitled for compensation. It is also pointed out that in an identical matter this Court has permitted 75% amount to be withdrawn by an Order dated 30.06.2025 in Civil Application No.1536/2025 in First Appeal No.1219/2024 and even in this case a similar request is made. 4.
Learned counsel for the appellant does not oppose the request for 75% withdrawal of compensation amount. 5.
In view of this, original claimants/respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) are permitted to withdraw 75% of amount deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest
