By this Application, Appellant seeks condonation of 470 days delay in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 24/1/2024 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Buldhana in LAC No. 90/2021.

The learned Counsel for Appellant has categorically stated before this Court that Appellant will not claim the interest, if the amount is enhanced by this Court while deciding the Appeal for the period of delay i.e. 470 days, caused in filing the Appeal.
