By this application, the applicant/respondent No.1 seeks modification of Order dated 14.12.2024 and prays that directions be granted allowing the applicant to withdraw 25% amount by furnishing the surety/security/bank guarantee.

Mr. Kasat, Advocate as well as learned AGP do not oppose the application.

Since, the request for modification does not cause any prejudice to the other side, the application is allowed. 4.

The original claimants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount subject to surety/security/bank guarantee.
