Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat on 13.12.2025 and therefore, the applicant/appellant wants to withdraw the instant appeal.

In this regard, pursis dated 22.12.2025 is tendered across the bar and the same is taken on record. 3.

In view of this, the applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. The applicant/appellant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) which was deposited as statutory deposit and the amount of court fees as per the Rules enforce.
