The respondent no.1 has moved this application for withdrawal of entire decreetal amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-insurance company on the ground that the appeal is already dismissed on 5.6.2017 for not filing the private paper book within a stipulated time period. 2.

The learned counsel Ms. Bhatia states that today itself she received the instructions from the appellant-insurance company to appear in the matter.
