Admittedly, this appeal was dismissed in default by this Court on 5/06/2017 for non-compliance of the order of this Court. No steps have been taken till date in the matter by the appellant to restore the appeal.

In the light of this factual position, the present application is moved by the respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court. 3.

Accordingly, considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount of compensation, along with accrued interest thereon, deposited by the appellant before this Court, subject to satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

Civil Application stands disposed of.
