It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.3 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the Respondent No.3 is trying to avoid service of notice issued by this Hon'ble Court.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve Respondent No.3 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.3 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Amravati Mandal', Amravati edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
