It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.5 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the applicant has tried to ascertain another address of Respondent No.5, however, no other address except mentioned in the cause title knows to the applicant.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve Respondent No.5 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.5 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat' (Marathi) in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
