The applicant in the said application has provided correct address of Respondent No.5. Thus, the applicant wants to amend the cause title and to serve Respondent No.5 on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to Respondent No.5, returnable within four weeks.
