It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.2 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the applicant is not aware of the changed address of Respondent No.2., applicant knows only address of Respondent No.2 which is mentioned in the cause title.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.2 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punya Nagari'

(Marathi), Yavatmal edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
