C.A.A.NO. 11/2025 IN APPEAL AGAINST ORDER NO. 03/2019 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 03/04/2025 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased Appellant No. 5 on record. It is stated in the application that Appellant No. 5 Shanta Onkarrao Likhar died on 23/02/2025 due to her old age leaving behind her heirs.

The copy of the death certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the aforesaid appellant expired on 23/02/2025 during the pendency of the appeal and the present application is filed on 18/03/2025 i.e. within time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant No. 5 on record.
