NO. 28/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 13/11/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 11 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent for want of correct address. It is further submitted that the applicant had made his best efforts to trace the address of said respondent, but could not get the same. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat Samachar' Nagpur Edition in Hindi language in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
