NO. 287/2018 in SECOND APPEAL ST NO. 26980/2017 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 08/01/2026 The application is filed by applicant to amend the cause title and permission to serve Respondent No.6(V-e) by R.P.A.D. It is stated in the application that notice issued to R. No. 6 (V-e) returned back unserved as the name of R. No.6 (V-e) in the litigation is Chandrabhaga W/o Ananta Shevatre.

However her correct name is Chanda W/o Ananta Shevatre. Hence, the applicant prays for amendment in name of Chandrabhaga W/ o Ananta Shevatre, R. No.6(V-e) as Chanda W/o Ananta Shevatre and also want permission to serve aforesaid respondent by RPAD.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within five weeks.

Permission to serve R.No.6(V-e) by RPAD is granted. Necessary postage be provided.
