This is a joint application filed by the applicants/appellants and respondents for correction of typographical errors in clause (A) and (B) of the compromise terms, which were reproduced in civil application No.713/2025, which is already disposed of by an Order dated 11.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants as well as learned counsel for the respondents state that certain typographical errors as mentioned in the terms of compromise need to be corrected, so that the actual terms of compromise could be brought on record. It is stated that this application is signed by all the parties to the second appeal as well as their respective counsels.

It is pointed out that earlier application bearing civil application No.713/2025 was also filed on behalf of
2 90-CAS-310-2019.odt all the parties and on the basis of the joint compromise, the matter was disposed of.

In view of the fact that this is a joint application for correction of typographical errors in clause (A) and (B) of the compromise terms which is signed by all the parties, the instant civil application is allowed. Necessary corrections, as mentioned in prayer clause, shall be carried out in the civil application No.713/2025 within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, the instant civil application is disposed of.
