This is an application seeking permission to serve respondent No.2 by news paper publication as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

Respondent No.2 is original defendant No.1(A). He was ex-parte before the learned Trial Court. He was arrayed as respondent No.2 in Regular Civil Appeal No.84 of 2022. He did not contest the said appeal as well.

The appellant and respondent No.2 are legal representatives of original defendant, deceased Mahadu Ayaji Ingole.

It is stated in the application that correct address of respondent No.2 is not known.

In view of aforesaid, permission to serve respondent No.2 by newspaper publication is granted.
