NO. 57/2022 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 14/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon LRs of R.No. 9, that is, R.No. 9-iii by way of paper publication. As per application, the address of legal representative no. 9-(iii) was the same address which is mentioned in the appeal. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid LRs of R.No. 9, that is, R.No. 9-iii by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshbandhu' Bhopal Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C.

C.A.S.No. 138/2025 in S.A. No. 57/2022 The civil application is taken out to serve LRs of R.No. 4 and 9-i, 9-ii of deceased R.No. 4 and 9 through R.P.Ad.

The same is allowed. Necessary RPAd postage be provided. Thereafter, issue notice to the aforesaid respondents.
