FEBRUARY 17, 2026 CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO. 165 of 2025 1) The appellant No.1 has expired. There is a delay of 167 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives on record. The appeal is of the year 2024. The respondents have also preferred appeal challenging the decree passed in the second appeal.

2) In view of reasons mentioned in the application, as also having regard to the aforesaid fact that the impugned decree is also subject matter of challenge in another appeal preferred by the respondents, application for condonation of delay is allowed and abatement of appeal against appellant No.1 is set aside. 3) Amendment to be carried out on or before 27/02/2026.

CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO. 164 of 2025 1) The appellant No.1 has expired. This is an application filed by appellant No.2 who is wife of the deceased appellant No.1 for bringing name of "Purushottam Yadavrao Dangare" as KOLHE

The appellant No.2 has stated that she does not have any issue from her wedlock with the appellant No.1 and further that the appellant No.1 has executed a 'Will' with respect to suit property in favour of the proposed legal representative. 2) In view of above, application for bringing legal representative of deceased appellant No.1 on record is allowed. 3) List the appeal for hearing on admission on 10/03/2026.

To be heard along with Second Appeal No.5447/2024.
