It is stated in the application that Appellant No. 1- Smt. Suman Wd/o Ramesh Khobragade has expired on 13.07.2024. A copy of the death certificate is annexed with civil application. Hence, the applicant prays for deleting the name of aforesaid appellant No. 1 from the array of parties.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
