It is stated in the application that notice issued to aforesaid respondents returned back unserved for want of correct address. Hence, the petitioners pray for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
