It is stated in the application that due to incorrect name of her husband, R.No. 5-E refused to accept the notice. Hence, the applicants pray for supplying correct name of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
