As per bailiff's report, noticee was not residing on the given address. As per application, counsel for applicant has find out the new address of R.No. 2.

Hence, the applicant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Necessary R.P.Ad postage be supplied. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent by R.P.Ad returnable within four weeks.
