C.A.S. NO. 283/2025 IN C.A.S. NO. 746/2021 IN SECOND APPEAL ST. NO. 12642/2020 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 03/04/2025 The application is taken out for permission to correct the name of Respondent No. 2. Counsel has stated in his application that while preparing the present appeal, on the basis of first Appellate Court judgment, counsel has inadvertently incorporated the name of the original plaintiff Vyankat Namdeo Hatwar instead of his widow Usha wd/o Vyankat Hatwar. Hence, the applicant prays for correcting the name of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.

In the meantime, counsel to take steps against deceased R.No. 9.
