The contention is that appellant no.1 - Narayan Nathmalalji Maniyar has died on 16.12.2024 and the applicants, whose names are mentioned in the application, are the legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1. Since, the right to sue survives in favour of the applicants, permission to bring their names on record in place of deceased appellant no.1 - Narayan Nathmalalji Maniyar, is granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks to the title cause of the memo of appeal. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
